Pre-finish Flooring - Floors are finished before installation, while unfinished floors must be finished after installation. When we say that pre-finished floors are finished before installation, we mean that they are sanded, stained, and coated with polyurethane in a factory.

 

Finish Flooring - A finish floor (also known as floor covering) is the top layer of flooring. In other words, it is the layer that you walk on, and it is typically quite decorative layer compared to the layers of flooring beneath it.

 

LVP Flooring - Short for Luxury Vinyl Plank. LVP covers all vinyl designed in planks, giving the look of wood floors with all the features and benefits of vinyl.

 

Vinyl Flooring - Flooring with a polymer core made from polyvinyl chloride, better known as PVC.
